    ## Digital Products — General Policy

    All products sold through payback.fragmod.com are digital goods (Rust server plugins) delivered electronically via Filemonk. Due to the nature of digital products, **all sales are final** once the product has been delivered and downloaded.

    ## Exceptions

    We will consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:

    - **Defective product** — the plugin file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not function as described on the product page.
    - **Duplicate purchase** — you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
    - **Non-delivery** — you did not receive your download link after purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue.

    ## How to Request a Refund

    Before requesting a refund, please:

    1. Join our Discord server at https://discord.fragmod.com
    2. Open a support ticket describing the issue
    3. Include your order number and email address

    Our team will work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases, we can fix technical problems without needing a refund.

    ## Refund Process

    If a refund is approved:

    - Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
    - Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
    - Refunded products should be deleted from your server

    ## Not Eligible for Refund

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    - Change of mind after purchase
    - Inability to install or configure the plugin (contact support — we'll help)
    - Server compatibility issues outside the plugin's stated requirements
    - Bans, server issues, or other circumstances unrelated to the product itself
    - Purchases made more than 30 days ago
